Root-Cause Chiropractic Care

What coordinates EVERY function in the body?

Yes! The brain!

At Rejuvenate Health & Wellness Center in Fort Worth, we take a fundamentally different approach to chiropractic care. Dr. Athena Payne focuses first on optimizing brain function, then aligns the spine—because true healing starts with the control center of your entire body.

You've done everything "right" but still don't feel right.

You're working out, eating well, and seeing multiple providers—yet something still feels off. Your energy, focus, and joy have disappeared, leaving you feeling stuck.

Your deepest fears, addressed...

You're afraid that this heavy, foggy, exhausted feeling is your new normal—that your pain will continue dictating what you can and cannot do in your life, and this is just how it has to be. You fear that everything will fall apart if you stop pushing yourself, that your burnout will cost you your career, relationships, or future, and that your current health and lifestyle isn't sustainable but you don't know how to change.

You don't have to accept any of this as your reality.

Welcome to Your "North Star" to True Health and Real Transformation

THREE PATHWAYS TO COMPLETE HEALING

The Pain → Brain → Soul Model™

True healing requires more than treating symptoms. It requires understanding that your physical pain, nervous system dysregulation, and soul depletion are all connected.

Our three-pathway model ensures you get exactly what you need—whether that's one pathway or all three.

Our Signature Services

BRAIN-BASED

Chiropractic

Your brain controls everything in your body—so we start there.

Brain-Based Chiropractic goes beyond traditional adjustments by assessing how your brain and nervous system are actually communicating with your body. Through advanced neurophysiological testing, we identify your unique neurological patterns—revealing the hidden reasons symptoms like pain, fatigue, or tension keep returning.

Dr. Payne doesn’t just adjust your spine; she retrains your brain.

By restoring healthy communication between your brain and body, your nervous system learns to shift out of survival mode and back into balance. The result? Better focus, deeper sleep, calmer emotions, steadier energy, and healing that lasts.

Because when your brain heals, everything changes.

BRAIN-BASED

Nutrition

Your brain determines how your body digests, absorbs, and responds to food—so we start there.

Brain-Based Nutrition, powered by our CHIRO-FUEL™ Functional Nutrition Program, helps you understand how to nourish your nervous system, not fight against it. Instead of chasing restrictive diets or quick fixes, we focus on what foods best serve your brain type and support calm, steady energy, balanced hormones, and optimal digestion.

Dr. Payne teaches you how to build a healthier relationship with food—one where your nervous system feels safe, not threatened by deprivation, guilt, or stress.

By supporting brain-body communication through nutrition, your body naturally shifts into a state of balance, making sustainable weight management, clearer thinking, and emotional stability possible again.

Because when your brain feels safe, your body can finally heal.

BRAIN-BASED

Movement

Your brain controls how your body moves, balances, and heals—so we start there.

Brain-Based Movement focuses on retraining your movement patterns through the lens of your nervous system. After your Brain-Based Assessment with Dr. Payne, you’ll receive a customized movement program designed to strengthen your brain-body connection and enhance the effects of your chiropractic care.

Every exercise, stretch, and mobility pattern is chosen based on the state of your nervous system. Whether your body needs calming, activation, or coordination, our ChiroMove360™ program helps restore balance, posture, and resilience by teaching your brain and body to move together again.

This approach blends functional rehabilitation and postural neurology—explained in simple, practical ways—so you can move with confidence, improve stability, and prevent recurring pain or injury. The goal isn’t to push harder; it’s to move smarter by retraining the brain that directs every muscle and joint.

Because when your brain moves right, your body follows.

Massage

Therapy

Massage therapy is a time-honored practice that harnesses the healing power of touch to promote relaxation, reduce muscle tension, and enhance overall well-being.

Through skilled manipulation of soft tissues and muscles, massage therapists alleviate pain, improve circulation, and restore mobility. Whether targeting specific areas of discomfort or providing full-body relaxation, massage therapy offers a multitude of benefits for both the body and the mind. From relieving stress and anxiety to aiding in recovery from injury or surgery, the therapeutic effects of massage extend far beyond physical relief.

Acupuncture &

Allergy Elimination

Acupuncture is an ancient healing practice rooted in traditional Chinese medicine that has been refined over thousands of years. It involves the insertion of thin, sterile needles into specific points on the body to stimulate energy flow and promote balance within the body's systems.

Based on the concept of Qi (pronounced "chee"), which is the vital energy that flows through pathways known as meridians, acupuncture aims to restore harmony and equilibrium to the body. By accessing these meridians and regulating the flow of Qi, acupuncturists can address a wide range of physical, emotional, and mental ailments.

Fascia & Scar Tissue Release | Dry Needling

Fascia and scar tissue release is a specialized technique designed to address restrictions and adhesions within the body's connective tissue matrix. Scar tissue, a result of the body's natural healing process, can further contribute to restrictions and discomfort.

Through gentle manipulation and targeted pressure, fascia and scar tissue release therapy aims to restore flexibility, mobility, and balance to the affected areas. By breaking down adhesions and promoting circulation, this technique can alleviate pain, improve range of motion, and enhance overall function.

Self Discovery

& Adventure

You're more than your symptoms, your pain, or how much you give to everyone else. The Soulful Experience is for those ready to move beyond just surviving.

Through transformative retreats, seminars, and immersive experiences, you'll awaken to who you truly are beyond the burnout, align with your authentic purpose and values, and ascend to see life through the lens of true joy and abundance.

Philosophy of Care

Dr. Payne believes true healing begins when the brain and body feel safe. Her care is centered around helping patients regulate their nervous systems so they can reconnect with their bodies, rediscover clarity, and live in alignment with their values and purpose.

Rather than chasing symptoms, she helps patients understand their brain’s unique stress patterns and guides them to retrain those patterns through chiropractic adjustments, movement, nutrition, and mindfulness-based tools. A Mission Born from Self-Care and Discovery

After years of serving others and pushing through burnout, Dr. Payne experienced her own transformation when she began applying the same principles she teaches today: nervous system regulation, presence, and balance. That journey inspired the creation of her brain-based care model—a philosophy that healing isn’t about doing more, but about coming back home to yourself.

Her mission is to empower others to do the same—to move beyond survival, create harmony between their mind and body, and live a life that feels whole, grounded, and free.

Dr. Payne is passionate about education and community impact. She hosts workshops, wellness retreats, and immersive experiences that help individuals and families learn how to regulate, restore, and reconnect. Through these events, she’s helping reshape how communities view health—not as a quick fix, but as a lifelong relationship with self-care and alignment.

Life in Harmony

Outside the clinic, Dr. Payne practices what she teaches. You’ll often find her exploring nature, hiking, journaling, or practicing yoga—moments that keep her grounded and inspired. She finds joy in travel, creativity, and meaningful connection, continually weaving her own growth into the care she provides.
