Look, I used to think I needed a beach vacation, a quieter job, or a simpler life to finally feel calm. But here's what I discovered (the hard way):
Waiting for life to slow down is like waiting for your kids to stop needing you, your inbox to empty itself, or your to-do list to magically shrink.
It's not happening.
So instead of chasing some fantasy version of calm that only exists in Instagram captions, what if we learned to create pockets of peace in the middle of real life?
That's Peaceful Chaos.
It's not about:
It's about:
Every episode is 15 minutes or less.
Because if you had an hour to spare, you wouldn't be this burned out.
I'm a chiropractor, nervous system expert, and recovering high-achiever who used to believe that grinding harder was the only way forward.

"I've listened to a million podcasts about burnout. This is the first one that didn't make me feel like I was doing it wrong. Dr. Payne normalizes the struggle while giving real solutions."
